Welcome to The Light House, your calm and open 950 sq ft retreat for exploring Portland! This brand-new basement apartment is exceptionally bright with high ceilings and abundant light, designed with original art and vibrant murals for a cozy, relaxing stay. The spacious, open layout comfortably sleeps up to 3 guests. Sleeping arrangements include: A private bedroom with a queen bed. A flexible office space with a queen bed, separated by a curtain from the main living area. A large sofa in the living room that converts to a queen-sized bed. The modern, fully-equipped kitchenette includes: Microwave Countertop hot plate Refrigerator Toaster oven Crockpot Everything in the apartment, from the beds and sofa to the appliances and linens, was newly installed in May 2023 for your comfort.

We welcome your pets. $25 per pet per reservation fee. Please be aware of a few key details to ensure our space is the right fit for your stay: Basement Apartment: Access to the unit is via a flight of stairs. As a lower-level unit, you may occasionally hear noise from the family living upstairs. No Air Conditioning: The apartment does not have A/C. However, as a well-insulated basement, it naturally stays at a comfortable temperature of around 70 degrees all year round. Laundry: A brand-new, in-unit washer and dryer are available for your private use. Registration Number: 20-133552-000-00-HO

Very lovely place! I was traveling solo but this wpuld definitely be great for up to 4 adults as well. The place is depicted accurately and was well-stocked with everything you’d need in kitchen and bathroom. It does stay cool and there’s a giant fan, which is great for summer. I also appreciated the complimentary stationary!

Stay was great, easy to have a car, and was perfect place to rest our heads after a busy day hiking and exploring. Beds were comfortable. We also had an issue with the tea kettle and they were readily responsive and brought us a new one. Was not expected and completely delightful! Thank you for your space.

Great place to stay! We loved the neighborhood. Being able to walk a few blocks in the morning and get coffee and a fantastic food truck pod( rocket breakfast!) Close to grocery store and tons of other restaurants. Place was super clean and convenient!! We’d definitely stay here again. Christopher was very friendly and helpful when I I ask if a friend could parked his car in the driveway so we could uber downtown easy 5 stars ⭐️ .
